This weekend's 1 in 36 guests are Ken and Daniel Trush. This father & son duo co-founded Daniel's Music Foundation (DMF), along with Daniel's mother Nancy, and his brother, Michael. DMF is a non-profit organization founded in 2006, to empower individuals with developmental and physical disabilities through music. DMF came to fruition after Daniel experienced a ruptured brain aneurysm at the age of 12 that resulted in a coma. Music played a large role in Daniel’s recovery, and his deep connection to music led to DMF, which offers group lessons, events, and more.
