Everyone connects the Christmas holiday with happy times. We have parties, dinners, family get-togethers, gift-giving, special foods, all of which are intended to fill people with joy. One thing we do not associate with Christmas is mourning. We do our best to exclude mourning from the celebration of Christmas because mourning and Christmas are like oil and water; they do not mix.
