The hustle of life doesn’t allow a person to be still for too long. The pressure to perform, accomplish and succeed often drive us into a space of madness when it comes to moving life forward. For someone navigating the Christian faith journey, meditation is the drawing of one's attention to the attributes and qualities of God which therefore increase our awareness of His presence. We will explore what it means to slow down to live a more fulfilled life.
Speaker: Ron Baker
Series: To understand what faith can be in our everyday life, we must consider what it means to abide in Jesus. Jesus has asked His followers to remain in Him (John 15:1-11) If we remain in Him, we will bare much fruit. Fruit will not simply appear in our lives if we are not prepared to do the work that brings about the fruit. In this series we are going to look at four critical Abide actions that we can intentionally implement that will assist us in defining and having a vibrant faith life.
