We’ve all heard the saying that age is just a number, but could you imagine thru-hiking over 10,000 kilometers in your sixties?! Listen in to this week’s episode of the 10Adventures Podcast, as host Richard Campbell is joined by Richard Chresta who, alongside his wife, is part-way through the 10,200km European Journey known as the E4.
Spreading their amazing adventure over the course of three summers, Richard and his wife have already trekked through freezing temperatures in Spain and the stifling heat of the French summer, before wrapping up the first leg of their adventure at their home in Switzerland. With two final chapters remaining that will take them through Central Europe, the Balkans, the Greek Islands, and finally to Cyprus, it’s safe to say that this is a life-changing adventure that people of all ages would be envious of!
To learn more about this incredible adventure along the E4 Trail, be sure to check out Richard’s website Hiking E4.
