The church remembers the Apostle Andrew on November 30th. Andrew was one of the more familiar disciples, but as we dig into the life of this apostle, there may be a few details that you were not aware or did not remember. He was the brother of Peter, but was first a disciple of John the Baptizer and the one who introduced Peter to Jesus. He was a fisherman from the city of Bethsaida, was a witness of the Savior's ministry and resurrection. Tradition holds that he was crucified on an X shaped cross, which has become known as St. Andrew's Cross. Join us as we dig into the Bible and other historical information to learn about this disciple of Jesus and as we apply what we learn to our own lives today!
