The Divorce and Beyond® Podcast with Susan Guthrie, Esq.
Education:Self-Improvement
In this episode, Susan Guthrie speaks with leading family law attorney and author, Ashley Nicole Russell about how her experience of as a child of a toxic divorce turned her into a tireless crusader to help families restructure through the process with dignity, privacy and self-determination without ever having to go to court.
Ashley Nicole Russell says she had a fairly normal childhood, at least that is, until her parents' vicious divorce and never-ending cycle of conflict "cut the roots out from under her." Today, Ashley Nicole no longer has a relationship with her parents, at least not right now, but her experience has made her a leader in the world of family law. Collaborative divorce is yet another method for couples to utilize when going through a divorce. The collaborative process is predicated upon compiling a curated integrative team to support the family and to help forge a new path forward for all. A principal concept of a collaborative divorce, is that no one need go to court at all and that all issues be resolved cooperatively.
Hear more from Ashley Nicole Russell in this episode and find out from one of the leading collaborative attorneys in the country why you and your family should not HESITATE to COLLABORATE!
