Leah lost her mom Sandy to breast cancer when Leah was 21 years old. In this episode, Leah and I talk about what she learned from the way her mom lived her life. Her words are beautiful and heartfelt and you can see why Leah went on to start her non-profit Little Legacies, which offers one on one writing mentoring to children with a life altering condition so they can find their voice and feel heard.
