This week I am joined by Dr. Roberto Che Espinoza to have a conversation centered around their book "Body Becoming: A Path to Our Liberation". We ask the seemingly simple question, "What is a body", and then discuss how we have been cut off from our bodies and what the implications of that have been. We talk about our own journies of becoming embodied and how the hard work of becoming can help us create a more beautiful world where every-body counts. Enjoy!
