Pacific peoples bring a rich sense of culture, skill and esteem to organisations in Aotearoa, but how are we maximising and realising these talents? In this episode, I share facts and data on the current contributions of Pacific peoples to the New Zealand workforce. I also introduce the concept of Polycultural Capital, which suggests that the positive embodiment of Pacific culture can contribute to higher levels of health and wellbeing.
