In the sixth part of the new segment of Starting Overdrive called Turning Points, which explores life-defining events of irreversible change, creator and host, Reg Seeton, tells the story of how he found himself lost all over again in a new home after starting over from moving across the entire country of Canada by train in 1993.
After getting hit by a car, waking up from a coma, 5-years of recovery, starting over, and moving across Canada into the unknown, Reg discusses being lost on the west coast, having to let go of his former identity from the east coast in order to become the person he always envisioned and knew he could become.
In Turning Points: Part 6, Reg delves into such topics as his deep desire for change, the differences between the east and west coasts, being forced to unlearn thought patterns from his former identity, surrendering to what he didn't know, exploring new territory within himself, and committing to change in order to fully inhabit his own authentic identity after years of turmoil and change.
In this episode, Reg also details how he created his own unique formula to transform negative thought patterns into positive assets to improve his life. This formula, called Above the Line, is a system anyone can use immediately to make positive change and improve their self-confidence.
