In this episode we talk with Julie Reynolds about how her background in counseling and dealing with anxiety and how it’s been able to help her navigate motherhood, help other families, and even start a series of children’s books.
Her books teach you different ways to help navigate common emotions we all might experience through out our lives. With out giving too much away, we go over strategies and techniques that you can use when you find yourself feeling anxious. We also talk about how when we learn these methods for ourselves we are able to pass them on to our children as well.
