Hello friends! Guitarist, Kyle Shutt from The Sword and Doom Side of the Moon is my guest for episode 767! Kyle has just finished his awesome, debut solo album where he plays all the instruments and wrote all the songs. The self-titled album drops on May 6th, but if you live in Austin, you can see him perform the songs on the album at his first solo show with his new band on Monday, January 28th at The 13th Floor. Kyle will also be touring with The Road Podcast with JT Habersaat in Houston, Dallas, FT. Worth and Hot Springs Arkansas later this month. Go to theroadpodcast.com for more info. Kyle and I have a great conversation over Skype about making his new solo album, working alone, Doom Side of the Moon and everything that goes into it, touring with Metallica, secret commissioned velvet paintings, traveling with his family and much more. I had a great time getting to know Kyle. I'm sure you will to. Let's get down!
Ciao! -JG
