The Power of Contrast

Life is beautiful and it is for many reasons.. One that I am diving into today is related to its duality. Duality implies the existence of contrast. 

Some ups, some downs, some right, some left... Our perceptive power allows us to recognize life in ways that isn't just about what's beautiful and what isn't. It is actually a true tool to direct consciousness wherever consciousness chooses to go. 

Our tremendous power of free is connected to a guided tool that we, humans, do not always know how to utilize. 

This episode shades a little light on the power of contrast and how to use it to better direct our awareness where our heart is best supported so that we can effortlessly move forward and unfold more of our power. 

The darkness and the light are only tools that allow us to experience ourselves. Knowing how to use them gives us a tremendous advantage when transcending our limitations and expanding our happiness.
