Becoming an aware Parenting instructor is a full circle moment for me as a Therapist, Mother and as the re-parenter of my Inner child self! I want to shout and jump for joy as this approach so beautifully validates us as human BEINGS. As a Craniosacral therapist and Mother and baby support  group facilitator as well as a guide for Pre and Perinatal themes, it is natural for me to offer Aware Parenting as a framework. Being a parent of three under five was one of the most confronting times of my life. These real life struggles are my true qualifications. as my children continue to be my very best teachers.  Aware parenting gave me the strength to 'stay' with the feelings and not try to fix, distract or avoid them and experiences that have enriched her own parenting journey.
