Breezy Breakfast is proud to kick off Pride Month with a show about the history of drag and the challenges facing the trans community today.
Our guests are Crystal Quartz, a local Drag Performer and Katrina Stephany, a proud Trans Woman, with Erin Caton providing comments from their non-binary perspective.
Crystal gives us a brief history of drag and describes her life as a Drag Queen Performer. Katrina recites her recent original poem about her experiences as a trans woman and helps us understand the current climate faced by the trans community. Erin gives us a succinct definition of non-binary and is unequivocal about their reasons for moving to Guelph including a sense of inclusivity in the Royal City.
Crystal asserts Guelph is indeed a very chill place. You can learn about her events https://crystalquartzevents.com/
