Nervous and Anxious Kids, What Should We Do? |EP37|

In todays episode I wanted to dive into a subject that I really know nothing about but a story with my daughter got me thinking about it, and that's anxiety and nervousness in kids.  What do we do when our kids experience these things?  Hell I have no idea so I figured I would do some research and tell you about it.  I also talk about being hard on our kids and being aware of our own body language.  There is a lot of great info out there that I referenced in this episode so check them out if you would like more information.
