2016 has been an incredible year of highs and lows, and we are so thankful for each and every one of you listeners who has supported the NYMC podcast over the last 9 months. Brenton and I recorded this conversation two and a half months ago, which was meant to be a 15 minute conversation about keeping your faith in the middle of ministry but ended up going for almost an hour. Fuller Youth Institute have just released their epic piece of research into a book, Growing Young. The results have come in. All of our excuses are now gone. There is no link between size, money or 'cool' and having a healthy, thriving Youth Ministry. We bring in a close friend of the podcast and one of the premier researchers into youth spirituality in Rowan Lewis, into the studio to help us analyze the research and bring out some nuggets for the Australian context.
