Today we will let several places in Scripture remind us of all the reasons that we have to rest in our King and His Kingdom, especially when it’s time to lay our head down on our pillow at night. Why is this so often when our minds race, our worries stir, and our doubt rise? I share about some of my own struggles with sleep, but how learning to shift my mind and heart to truth (in addition to a couple of practical habits that partner with the truth!) I have experienced significant breakthrough!
