Gathering - Spirit Dance Technique no.2 (S05)

Technique no.2, Gathering, allows you to start to stir and move the energy contained by your physical chalicity and to maintain chalicity while morphing your physicial structure through patterns that are not entirely circular. Putting it together with technique 1, Gathering, will allow you to do some "real" spirit dance. The first thing to concentrate on when doing technique 2 with the staff is the ability to roll the staff over the back of your hand without losing contact with it (and without dropping it :-) ). Gaining this skill greatly expands the range of possibilities in creating the weave as we continue to introduce more techniques.
