TLS EP 2: The Dungeons and Dragans Chronicles PT 1

What's up, everyone! In this week's episode, the lads gather around to play Dungeons and Dragons. For those who do not know, Dungeons & Dragons is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game originally designed by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson. It was first published in 1974 by Tactical Studies Rules, Inc. The game has been published by Wizards of the Coast since 1997 (Source, Wikipedia). The game allows for pretty much anything to occur. In this episode our friend Elyse joins us on our quest and Trevor's little brother, Tanner also returns! Trevor plays as Clifford a rogue elf, Elyse plays as a human known as the Destroyer of Jacks, Jack plays as a sorcerer gnome known as Jerome, and Tanner plays as a druid dwarf known as Buck. The way the game is played that one player is the Dungeon Master who is in charge of everything that happens in the game and who can do what. Each player can do one major move in a turn, this often depends on rolling a dye in order to complete the action. If the dye roll does not work out, there can be terrible repercussions. For example, Jack's dye roll did not work out at one point in this episode and the result is his gnome character being punted across the room by the enemy he was in combat with! Thanks for listening! TLS EP 1: The Lads Make a Movie

What's up Lads! In this episode of the Lad Sesh, we do a script reading of a movie one our hosts wrote when he was 16. The movie is called Porcabird, it is about a mutant creature being created in order to control the animal population. This goes terribly wrong and it begins attacking the world. The script reading makes for a great episode as most of it is super cheesy and over the top, the script also hasn't been read in over 4-5 years so our reactions are authentic and genuine.
