Now What?
What we do we do with our new found success? Throw it away and start all over of course. This week I'll talk about why we crawl out of the fire and instead of taking the time to heal ourselves we jump right back into the flames.
How Long Is Forever?
Forever, nothing actually lasts that long but still we assume everything and everyone will be with us from start to finish. This week I'll speak about the time frames we give ourselves and those we keep around us. Are we holding onto our goals too long? Are we holding onto our relationships for too long?
A New Game
Have you ever had such a great day ruined because of one moment and then the whole week is written off? This week I'll go into ways for us to combat our negative mindset when our happy place isn't working and how we can get around these negative mindsets we have.
The Past & Future
Learn from the past or be doomed to repeat it. But what about carrying it around like a textbook your whole life? This week I'll talk about why we have to let go of our past for the sake of our future self. Also I'll speak a bit on why it's better to be silent in our success than throwing a parade for ourselves.
The Best Defense Is A Good Smile
This week I'll pick up where the last episode ended. I'm going to go a bit more into my past and why I decided to suppress emotions and feelings. Why I felt the need to go it alone and how I eventually allowed others to help me out. Also I'm going to have a mini vent session about how we treat athletes and kids trying to figure out their life.
