Brian has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years, and has been on a journey discovering that he is not only LOVED by God, but also LIKED. This transformative thought process has completely changed the way he looks at life with God. We also spend time exploring what it looks like to bring God into more than just our "quiet time", and recognize that He is ALWAYS with us.

For this "&" episode, we invited our friend & fellow artist, Ryan Ellis, to talk about what our response should be in seasons of feeling far from God. Ryan has lived a lot of life, so he brings an incredible amount of wisdom to this topic. Seasons of feeling far from God are hard to admit at times, and instead of asking "God, where are You?", we hope this episode challenges you to ask some much more necessary and life-giving questions. Ryan recently released a 2-part project, "Lyfe" and "Rysponse."

Today on the podcast, we discuss the creation of our May release, Speak To Me". We start the episode sharing the season of life that inspired this song, and talk through the importance of admitting when we may feel far from God. This song was first started back in 2013, so it has walked a very long road to get to where is stands today.
