On this episode of the podcast Shane and I talk about what it’s like to bench press over 700lbs! He is the all time best bencher in Canadian powerlifting history tested and untested. He has been to 2016 IPF open worlds and most recently competed at IPF Bench Press words in Tokyo Japan where he placed 3rd in the classic -120kg bench press and also competed equipped the same week. He has also been selected to be the Head coach of team Canada’s sub-junior and junior team for this years IPF worlds. I had a great time talking with Shane and I hope you enjoy!
