Even after retiring from full time teaching, Laura has continued teaching part time in area schools. For the past four years, she’s worked with students and trained ELA teachers in an intermediate school where about 1/3 of students entering 5th grade read on K to 2 instructional level. Author of more than 35 books on literacy, Robb also writes blogs, create podcasts on literacy with her son, Evan Robb, and has co-authored two books with him. She believes in a student-centered approach, differentiation, and culturally relevant teaching!
