Episode 7: Battle of the bulge Coolsculpting vs Liposuction

Jun 26th, 2019 4:22 PM

We can do all the right things. Drink all the water, eat all the salad, and so on. Our bodies have a tendency of doing one thing while our minds may be thinking another. I recently attended a conference put on by New York Times best selling author Mrs. Rachel Hollis. In addition to the personal development conference she had a full day dedicated to health and wellness. I have been in this industry for a very long time and have attended many conferences this is by far the best one yet and we chat a little bit about that today as well. It made me realize how much work really needs to be done when it comes to helping women and sharing our secrets is one way we can help bring awareness to many of the issues women are faced with daily. Remember our mission is to help women feel beautiful and confident at every age and that truly begins with helping women (me included) on how we think. Once our thought processes are addressed and we begin to change the narrative we may be wondering about how best medically to take care of ourselves. I understand the feeling of frustration when you are doing all of the right things, the workouts, the healthy choices, and then there is that little extra right where you do not want it and you feel like it is a battle. The frustration can lead to unhealthy thoughts and turn into a cycle of negative self talk. We look at the differences between Coolsculting vs Lipsuction and finding how medical options may help you with your needs. want to learn more? visit our websites and lets stay social! www.cheriewilliams.org www.instagram.com/mscheriewilliams www.williamsfacialsurgery.com www.facebook.com/cheriereneewilliams

Episode 4- A Day In The Life of the Plastic Surgeons Wife

May 29th, 2019 2:28 PM

I have "heard" things over the past many years. Some were meant for my ears and some probably not. lol In any event, this episode is a little glimpse into my daily life. The absolute number 1 thing in my life is my faith and family. I can't have one with out the other. I cherish the relationships I have and that is what this world is about, it's people! I read a quote today from a friend of mine .....I am not remembering it exactly and it goes something like "Don't be jealous of someone during their winning season. You don't know what they lost in their losing season". Isn't that the truth?!? Trust me when I say 25 years of marriage and several businesses later we have won a lot and we have also lost. When you take risk that is how it goes. We have all victories and struggles. No one has a perfect life as perfection does not exist. We are all faced with life decisions and it is mind boggling how simple life choices can change the path and direction of your life. As always, thank you for listening. It takes a village of women supporting women, men supporting women, and women supporting men to make this great big world go round.

Episode 3 Our Story

May 22nd, 2019 12:23 PM

In todays episode we peek into the past and look at 25 years of marriage, kids, and building a medical practice. Its not easy shortening that amount of time into a little chat. This is not as much about family life and more about work life and how we ended up there. More on family to come in the future. Thanks for listening!
