Returning Home After Rehab - Episode 3

In this episode I talk about heading back home to begin the next chapter of my life as an individual living with a spinal cord injury, paralyzed from the chest downward. It will take time and hard work to adjust to my surroundings in a wheelchair and gain back some mobility that will provide more independence.

In this episode I talk about how I broke my neck at the age of 18 and became a quadriplegic. I focus on the first few weeks in the Intensive Care Unit and my experiences of being paralyzed from the chest downward.
