Anthony & Philip are back for Chapter 16 of their seminar. It's super-duper today. Anthony wants to talk about males with breasts later, as he's suffering from excess oestrogen. They deal with another fascist (god, how do they keep getting into their seminar?)There's a musical diversion about todgers and trousers, owls - of course, Philip doing some modelling walking, and bits that don't work.
