Dave is a self-professed snob, so . . . "The Flight 180" cocktail1 1/2 oz. white rum1 oz. apple cider 1 oz. sour apple schnapps1/2 oz. lemon juice 1 apple slice, for garnish  Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake over ice until very cold. Strain into a martini glass and garnish the rim with an apple slice.
