Shayla was born and raised in Billings, MT, where she lived inspired by her hardworking mother and found a community of mentors and teachers that challenged her toward growth. Shayla attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida for a degree in Organizational Leadership (that she finished in only three years), before returning to Montana and beginning her career at a local hospital, where she thrives. Shayla is the founder of Fyfe Created, a small business created to make empowering, beautiful accessories that help transform those "normal" days into extraordinary ones.
