In order to accomplish any goals in our lives it is very important that we maintain consistency. Without consistency we won't be able to reach any of our goals.

Everything you see around you started with a thought. The car you started with a thought. The businesses you enter everyday started with a thought. The clothes you are currently wearing started with a thought. The very ground your currently standing on started with a thought.

You ever been in a situation where you needed to confront someone for doing or saying something to you that hurt you but chose not to because you were afraid it may ruin the relationship? Or were you the opposite person who just chose to say what was on your mind? What resulted from when you chose not to confront or and chose to confront?

In my podcast i provide a brief overview and some examples of topics i would like to cover. I am looking to grow in all aspects of my life hope to do the same for others.
