Practicing Self-Care and Mindfulness Meditation

In this episode we talk about the impact Covid-19 had on education and scheduling at Lincoln School over the past year and the importance of practicing self-care in times of stress. We then do a body scan meditation practice as an example of one way to both proactively and reactively deal with anxiety and uncertainty. Enjoy!
