E6 - Back in the Saddle

It's been nine months since our last episode. A lot has happened that has changed all of our lives. Our country is at a crossroads and more polarized than in years, perhaps ever. Time to get back to work.

Last week, we talked about Constitutions and in that, we mentioned the power of "constitution making" and we spoke of those who "hold the constitution making power". Today, we will talk about just who that is and why it is critical to understanding our American System of Governments.

Today our topic is "Constitutions". It's an election year, so you can bet you'll hear this word 10,000 more times in 2020. Political parties and candidates and going to try to sway you to one opinion or another by appealing to the Constitution. So, what is a constitution, and what is it not, and why do we need them?
