Ep. 9 - Jake Sundberg

On this episode I sat down with Jake Sundberg, current head coach for St. Charles Community College Track and Cross Country programs. Jake and I used to run together in high school, and have stayed in contact since then. I've always been fascinated with how Jake approached coaching and invited him on the show to share his thoughts and insights with the cycling community.

Collegiate cycling provides interesting and creative opportunities for students, coaches and support staff to take it upon themselves to grow the sport of cycling at the college level. This episode I sat down with out going president Allison and in coming president Jonah from Cal Poly to discussion how they have fostered an exciting club dynamic that with their own challenges has persevered year over year as a great club program in the west.
