A podcast based on my personal experiences through trauma, coping with my mental health, and dealing with societal issues especially being a biracial, first-generation American woman in today’s society and within both communities of my races. I’ll speak on my experiences with domestic violence and sexual abuse. I’ll talk about identity crisis and colorism. Anything that many go through, that I’ve been through, I’ll cover.
