Kuchisake Onna

It sure has been a little bit of time since our last episode, but here is one on the yokai know as Kuchisake Onna. Following that Japanese theming we picked up two different sakes. The first, (whose name was unfortunately left out of the recording) is Hakutsuru Chika and the second was Manotsuru 'Demon Slayer' Onikoroshi Sake.

The Waverly Hills Sanatorium

Been a bit longer than expected of this episode but here it is. This one is on the Waverly Hills Sanatorium, a charming fixer-upper located in Louisville, Kentucky. With such exquisite features such as leftover lead based paint, body chute, spacious add-on, and of course hauntings, this sanatorium/prison/church is fine location to relax or leave your tuberculosis riddled family. Our drinks for this one include a few shots that fix a bit with the theme but you’ll have to give the episode a listen if you want to hear more.

Season 2 - Episode 11 - Ghost Hunting

Oh boy this episode has turned out to be our biggest yet, but don’t let that scare you away. We go into some of the equipment that is used in ghost hunting and briefly the functions of them. The drink this time comes from a few listener requests giving us three different drinks in the form of shots. This episode will also conclude the second season at long last and we may consider taking down the length of the episodes moving forward.

Season 2 - Episode - 10 - Liminal Space

We go into some of the unsettling aspects of the familiar yet different liminal spaces. Although it may have been more recently acknowledged in the paranormal they have been around for a bit of time, and some of the examples we talk about support that. Our drink takes inspiration from a common liminal space this time so we have called it the Banana Backrooms. So no clip yourself into a place of transition where you can hear the next episode of Til the Last Drop.

Season 2 - Episode - 9 - Zombies Pt.2

The second half is here! This episode has some details on the use of zombies in entertainment such as video games. Of course, this also has the drink, a ten year rum, Deadhead.
