Life Was Never Meant to Be Hard

Life doesn’t have to be hard to be meaningful.  In this episode, I share about a moment I had on my new e-bike, when an old belief pattern snuck up on me: If it feels easy, it can’t really count.  I reflect on why so many of us expect life to be difficult, how we tie our value to effort and struggle, and what happens when we start allowing more ease, support, and flow.
