Ep.8 – Thinking vs. Experience
What we think is often different what we are actually experiencing. Our brain tricks us into certain actions or activities that we don't really want; we only think we do. By paying attention to what you are feeling, you will very quickly identify when this is happening to you. It is important to be aware of both your thoughts and feelings and give them both equal importance. Check out my blog.

Ep.6 – Police Violence: Empathy and Understanding

Ep.5 – Get Off Your Screens!
Don't Overload Your Brain When we're constantly online, we are overloading our brain with a chemical called dopamine. When this happens, we feel less pleasure and happiness from everyday events- a walk in the park, playing with your dog, or chatting with a family member. Check out my blog here.
