Jenna Hanchard is in conversation with her career coach, mindfulness consultant and teacher Shian Chuan who helped her part with her fears and self-limiting beliefs. She's also in conversation with her sister-friend Daryllyn Harris who is also a clinical counselor and PhD candidate. Her research focus is the lived experiences of African-American women who have undergone depression feelings and who have received therapeutic interventions to build an understanding of facilitators and barriers for mental health service utilization for Black women.
