Lydia Hislop is along to share her views on the week as a whole and the many highlights we’ve enjoyed so far before Hugo Palmer looks at his two in this afternoon’s Stewards’ Cup.

Henry Dwyer speaks about Asfoora ahead of her potential last run in the King George Stakes today - he takes us through the highlights of her career. Henri Bozo, breeder of Diamond Necklace, FaceTimes in to speak about her and her dam Prudenzia. Spicy Marg’s owner Emma Banks also speaks to Nick before her run today also in the King George Stakes after she was narrowly beaten in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot.

Day 3 of The Qatar Goodwood Festival and Rishi Persad joins Nick on the pod as they look ahead to today’s Nassau Stakes and take a look back at Bow Echo’s stellar performance in the Sussex Stakes yesterday with George Boughey coming in live on Facetime to give his take on the race and where Bow Echo is going to be headed next. Louis Thomlinson also reviews the Sussex Stakes from a Timeform point of view. Wathnan’s Richard Brown is also streamed in after their team had two winners yesterday with Wild Blossom and Flora of Bermuda and speak about future plans for their two fillies for the remainder of the season. Jane Mangan also joins us for a Galway update after King Alexander won the Galway Plate yesterday evening.

Day 2 at The Qatar Goodwood Festival and alongside Nick is the Racing Post’s Lee Mottershead as they look ahead to this afternoon’s Sussex Stakes and are joined by trainer of runner Zavateri, Eve Johnson Houghton and David Johnson gives his predictions from a Timeform perspective. Phil Cunningham is on to take a look back at yesterday’s Rebel Racing win courtesy of Twilight Calls. Lee and Nick analyse the eventful Goodwood Cup and Scandanavia’s success. We hear from Group Chief Executive Henry Beeby of Goffs on the release of the Orby Yearlings Sale catalouge and we get the Wetherbys segment with Jonathan Bloch and Nancy Hossack who owned the first two home in this years Hollywood Bets Durban July in South Africa.

It is Day 1 of The Qatar Goodwood Festival and Nick is joined by The Daily Mail’s David Yates this morning on track. The pair are joined by Goodwood Estates’ CEO Adam Waterworth to discuss ground conditions and the overall upcoming week here at Goodwood. The facetime’s are back and Cieren Fallon is the first port of call as he looks ahead to his ride aboard Lake Forest who is set to run in the Lennox Stakes today and the Sussex Stakes tomorrow. Oliver Cole, trainer of Dr Rascal, joins us to preview his colt in the Vintage Stakes. Timeform also has an update from Kieran Clark on The Goodwood Cup and the chances of a dual victory for Scandinavia.
