I asked my OBM, Nivek Harrison, why she thinks our business is successful, and her answers shocked me. As the festive season rolls in and I'm deep into planning for 2026, I figured it was the perfect time to pause and reflect on what's already working. I've been trying to identify our strengths so we can really leverage them in the new year, and Nivek's perspective gave me three insights that I think will shift how you think about your own business too.In this episode, I break down the three things Nivek said so quickly, straight off the cuff, as though she'd been sitting on the answers.
