Get "lit" with conversations that will encourage you to share your light! If you are a woman in mid-life or beyond and struggling to get motivated, know there is more for you. Join me as I share conversations with inspirational women who are rocking life. My message is that you are never too old.....to pursue a passion, step outside of your comfort zone and find joy at this stage in life. We all have a spark inside and right now the world needs YOUR light. I invite you to listen to me weekly as I have conversations with spiritual teachers, coaches, healers, authors, leaders in the metaphysical arena and really cool women who will inspire and motivate you. Occasionally I will share my own tips and tricks for getting "lit". Who is Kim Selby - your host? A motivator, fashionista, yogi, dancer, performer. I am aging gracefully into my 3rd act. I have had careers in fashion at GLAMOUR Magazine and as the Fashion Director of Saks Fifth Avenue in Palo Alto. I have had careers in advertising and public relations as well. I had my own fashion show production company for over 20 years where I worked with moms, volunteers, teens, dads, and children helping them find their inner diva on the runway. The hundreds of shows I produced were fundraisers for schools or organizations and I witnessed how with coaching, the right clothes, hair and makeup, women increased their self esteem exponentially. This led me to a Creativity Coaching certification (Kaizen-Muse), and to creating my own Sparkle Coaching for women. As an avid volunteer I have worked in my community at schools and various organizations in order to give back. Favorite and most impactful position was producing a fund raiser fashion show featuring previously incarcerated women. I assisted them in enhancing their self esteem as they reintegrated into society. I have a self guided class coming soon - How to Ignite Your Spark in mid-life and Beyond. I speak on stages virtually and in person on how to Ignite Your inner spark and I share the message that you are never too old. At the age of 64 I started pursuing my first love of acting and now have a modeling and commercial career as well. I invite you all to SHINE ON!
