Happy 1 year anniversary to The Solo Podcast! I remember starting this podcast last year in October and being excited / apprehensive about being able to stuck with it long term. One year in and I'm proud of how far this podcast has come and hopefully this is just the beginning, so thank you fort being here with me on this magnificent journey.I just spoke from the heart in this episode like I always do about what I've been going through and why I was gone for a while. I also speak a little about the new business I have started and how we're trying to tackle the problem of food waste. Hope you enjoy this one!
