My Guest, Shruti Deshpande, is a true icon for Women Empowerment. She is an Award Winning Architect. A girl who lost herself in the battles of Life. Couldn’t figure out the path. Didn’t knew what to do. When you fail a class, you also miss on your friends. Very few understand and try to stay connected; however, most move on. Shruti failed and lost her friends. It was so bad that they didn’t even turn up on her birthday and stopped inviting her. She was heartbroken and realized at an early age the harsh truth that Life is tough. She had confidence in herself. To her surprise and shock, she learnt that it was a technical error that showed her as failed. However, she is grateful to learn a valuable lesson and promised herself to convert every failure to success hereafter Connect with Shruti at architectshrutideshpande.com email - ar.shrutideshpande@gmail.com
