This episode is so important to me. With my friend Deb! I always learn so much about Deb, when we talk. She is so authentic and honest about how she feels and who she is. She educates me, every time on understanding humanity and awareness for others. She is such a superstar and I am so grateful for her friendship. Did I mention she is hilarious and keeps me laughing long after we spoke! Ha! This meant the world to me. Thank you Deb!

This episode was so easy to do. I love the conversations my friend Sarah and I have. We can talk for hours. She is super supportive, funny, kind and I love how she brings such an awareness to people’s feelings. She connects so naturally with people. She can challenge me and at the same time makes me feel safe to tell her anything. She inspires me to be a better parent, friend, spouse and woman. Thank you Sarah for this beautiful friendship.

l am so honoured that my beautiful friend Lisa gave me this gift - of joining me for this episode. She has been an incredible help and guide this year in so many ways. The truth is though, she has inspired me in the grandest ways since we met 20 odd years ago. She is my business mentor, the person who guides me to dream bigger and shows me what authentic empathy looks like.  she is always helping others and knows the deep importance of that. She is incredibly kind, caring, generous, intelligent, creative, loving and the list can go on and on. I just hope that i do her justice in this episode. I am so incredibly grateful to know her and learn from her. Lisa - Thank you for being you and for allowing me to be apart of your life. It is such an honour.

Chelsea's strength in knowing who she is has always inspired me. She is extremely intelligent and open to learning in life and academically. I love how she breaks through barriers and understands, who she is with a real sense of confidence. She is such an advocate for everything she is and stands for. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know even more about Chelsea's life and now have even a deeper respect for the person she is. Thank you Chelsea for being a true inspiration to myself and my girls. 

Women Inspiring Women - Beryl

This episode is so dear to my heart. My moms best friend, my Tante Beryl. She is my constant love and support through Everything. She has been there for my mom and beyond, and I can’t even describe how important she is to my whole family. Her empathy, grace, kindness and love is a huge part of my upbringing and purpose in life. I love this woman deeply. Thank you Tante Beryl for the unconditional love and support.
