Robi is the Chief Entertainment Officer for RQ Entertainment, currently serving Sacramento and Placer Counties. But here's the thing ... he is willing to go anywhere to do his thing. He's an auctioneer. He's an emcee. He has worked as a pastor. He could host game shows. He is even testing his skills as a DJ. Bottom line ... Robi is multi-talented.In today's episode, Robi and I passionately discuss his journey. With stints on the print side and the television side (most recently with Cal-Hi Sports), Pecoraro knows high school sports. And now he has his own YouTube Channel that showcases high school sports in the area.In today's episode, we learn about Nick's journey and why he is ALL IN with his adventure. While it requires a lot of planning and hard work, he LOVES what he does. Still, his latest work occurs in Southern California, where he helps multifamily owners buy and sell properties. And at age 28, with just six years in the business, Taylor has amassed over 300 million dollars in sales. He founded Group CRE and recently joined forces with Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. Simply put, Avakian is a force regarding Southern Cal properties.So how did he do it?
