A serial killer patrolled the waterways of coastal Virginia for over a decade, killing at least four people, and new DNA evidence has tied the cases together. Investigators say a commercial fisherman named Alan Wade Wilmer Sr. (Pokey) is the serial killer who murdered 20-year-old David Knobling, Robin Edwards who was just 14-years old, 18-year-old Lori Ann Powell and 18-year-old Teresa Lynn Spaw Howell.
