Affirmations are a huge part of my recovery. They help me so much today. The problem is that every thought we think, and every word we say is an affirmation. The What For
I’m starting this podcast due to my lack of being able to share my experience, strength and hope (due to the pandemic) with struggling women over this past year. I truly feel my best when I’m helping others overcome the trials & tribulations that I’ve experienced and went through. I have a lot to share and know if anything this will help me to stay sober and on a journey to recovery.
