Welcome to Unlock the Healing Path with me Natasha Hornedo. This show is about moving forward through grief with grace. Have you ever felt like if you just had the right tools? If you just have the right resources? if you just knew then, what you know now, that you'd be able to carve that path out, that healing path, that one where your soul is calling out for more, but you don't know what the more is. Unlock the Healing Path is a show to help everyone out there to become more aware of what it is inside of them, of what you must heal in order to unlock that inner light. Imagine that your inner light of healing switched on every day. Imagine that unlocking the healing path allows that inner light to come to the forefront. Imagine that you can radiate as brightly as the sun because now you have inner light healing and you have unlocked your personal, your blueprinted, your archetypical healing path. Imagine you can now release all of the wounds that are holding you back. That Woundology must be healed in order to understand those parts of yourself, whether it be experienced through trauma, whether it be experienced through shock, the body must be moved through grief. But what if we could do it with grace? What if we could learn that we don't need to spend years on talk therapy to relive the trauma? What if we could understand that that trauma can be moved through and the feelings that are associated with it dissipated. That's what Unlock the Healing Path is about. It's my passion and purpose to have a big call, to support all out there, especially womxn to heal from what you've been through. To continue to grow, expand and truly live the life you are meant to live. One that is filled with joy, radiance, and abundance. And I would love to have that increase in every day of your life through activation calls, through one-on-one coaching, and to make sure that I'm reaching as many people as I can that want to know what I've learned. This is a call to action in a time where the world is demanding action and requiring that we heal ourselves fully and truly learn to love and accept ourselves just as we are. But how are you going to do that? How, If you don't know what it is inside of you, that which must be unlocked because we are stuck in points of trauma in our lives. We haven’t been taught what it's like to walk through the darkness and to honor what your shadow side has to offer. We haven’t been taught to know that your shadow isn't something to conquer but to discover, that it has tremendous gifts. In your Shadow lives your greatest treasures. It has Pearls inside of us that will teach us how to move forward, in peace and it will propel your healing and growth at an accelerated rate. This is where we go to create that compost for the soul. You know, that compost that can nurture us to help us grow into a new reality for humanity, as we evolve more fully into conscious co-creators, and therefore then help others do the same. This show aims at educating, inspiring, and activating each of us on how to unlock the healing path that is already there. There are no exceptions, and all are welcomed. To learn how to do it, how to share that, how to change your life, how to communicate with your body, how to unlock your intuitive wisdom, and then heal from a place of embodiment that integrates the wholeness of who you are, whether it be the mental, the physical, energetic, and the spiritual, This is your invitation to unlocking the healing path. Natasha has always been drawn to helping others and wanting them to achieve complete fulfillment in life. She has also always related as an artistic and highly creative soul drawn to acting, music, art, movement, and dance from a young age. Her Passion in life is to hold a safe space for other trauma survivors to assist them as a guide in their own personal journey of healing. Whatever you are carrying she has space for you. She sees you and honors you wherever you are, no judgment.
