Numenera Stars in the Stone - Episode 13

The story so far.... With a clever use of cyphers from Virdia, the group managed to avoid conflict with Nate, as he was possessed by a Star Wrenched. The party take him back to Tamsin's place, and discover that Tamsin is busy with the Sisters, but invites them in none the less. The party takes the night to recover somewhat. In the morning, Nathanial takes them to his partner's place, She-Who-Speaks, who gives them an EMP to use as a weapon. From there, they travel through a cave system, meet a Flesh Banshee, gain another pet name Dogadile, before they eventually open the gate to the Oblivion Observatory. The Red Mist Virus watches them from afar as they enter the Observatory, and the party sees the form of Rage, resting in the middle of a large room. The story so far.... After solving a puzzle with a wandering robot, the group left the desert after exploring the rest of the cavern and opening the tomb of Emily. They offer items to a...table in order to go home. Wounded, tired, and ready to head home, the party find themselves in a familiar looking lab space, that they traverse and start to leave. Jack stumbles and alerts someone to their presence. A friendly hand helps Jack up, and they find Nate, the ever smiling shop keeper. He welcomes them all, then stabs Jack... The story so far.... Venturing further into the past, the party encounters a puzzle with electrifying results. After solving it, they discover a room where they find out more about the past and how it connects to the present. A haunted poster pulls them into the past where they confront certain truths and confront the Star Touched Maiden briefly, before returning to the present. After finding a reality bleed, and collecting the information they need, they venture into the next hall, being confronted with isolation, memories, and creation. The party comes together, breaking through the memories, only to find a diary belonging to Emily in an empty room. Numenera Stars in the Stone - Episode 10

The story so far... The party goes to a party and meets the family members of Hyacin and Jack. Hyacin's parents come from a high class home, and are celebrating the matriarch's birthday. Here the party finds a Fold Gate seems to have been established into the garden. Here, a scientist is doing research on the gate, who turns out to be Jack's youngest brother. As they argue, black upside down pyramids start appearing in the sky, causing chaos. With parting words, the party vanishes into the Gate, only to find themselves in the desert. Having to find shelter quickly, due to a sand storm, they find an old ranger's station. Here a data cube is found and they rest.
