Evan is all set to meet Ken at Chez Verite. Unfortunately, Ken is running late so Evan is forced to wait alone without even getting a loaf of bread. Devvon, two Vs and George Hamilton show up and it's revealed that Devvon's dislike of Evan stems from jealousy.  Meanwhile, Phoebe Lottajoy is surprised when her beau, Ralph, shows up and invites her dinner. In her uneasy state she conjures up the imaginary Black Licorice whose plan is to show Phoebe how her past relationships are affecting her current one.
